By using Spendbox, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them human-readable.

Spendbox is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee perfection.

You can cancel any time, no questions asked. We'll refund unused time on annual plans.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and your account secure.

One person per account. If you need multi-seat, the Studio plan supports up to 5 users.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Spendbox.

Use Spendbox for tracking your own subscriptions, invoices and purchases. That's it.

Don't forward us spam, illegal content, or attempt to abuse our infrastructure.

Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits.

Plans are charged monthly or annually in advance, via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans receive prorated refunds for unused months on cancellation. Monthly plans are non-refundable, but you can downgrade to free at any time.

Your data belongs to you. We hold a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

The Spendbox name, logo, design and software belong to Spendbox, Inc.

We provide Spendbox as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We won't be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.

If you don't agree, you can cancel before changes take effect and receive a prorated refund.
